Yeah it was fine, cheers mate.

In truth I was disappointed to get 8. I wanted 10. Its going to the clavicles gets a little uncomfortable and over stretched for me when Im being strict. Id normally go just below my chin.

I do love an overhead press though. And I love cleans and snatches too! If olympic weightlifting comps were more regular and convenient Id put in the effort and have a go. I'd lose by a long shot but if I could C+J 120 and Snatch 90 I'd be well happy with a 210kg total. At the moment I'm running about 100-110 C+J (max jerk 115) and 70-80 Snatch. But there are never any comps that I can find anyway.
