Poor poor attempt. But most of you know I'm not much of a deadlifter yet. All in good time.

5 reps.

Due to have a go at 2x2 with 180 on Thurs so will see if I can film it and try for more  Roll Eyes. Although 180 is my lifetime pb for a single only set about 8 weeks ago. Also not a good deadlifter but improving and enjoying them  Smiley Will try to get on the board before the proper deadlifters have a go  Grin

Great clips MonBeef  Cool

Oh no. Im going to have to pick up that bar again. Talks of 6's, 7's and 8's. Sad

Its hard work! Much more pleasant to press a little bar overhead!

I got 5 ok. With some caffeine, a few lads and that nice gym in Romford, I reckon Ill get 7ish!

Had a couple of failed attempts at 180 Thurs morning, so decided to cut my workout short as kept getting disturbed.

Had another go at 3pm and failed it twice again  Angry Was hoping for 2 reps so that I could have go at setting another new PB next week  Roll Eyes Definately not a good deadlifter  Grin Back still nice and stiff now though  Grin

See what next week brings, will have a go at the 140 too but probably only looking at 10-12 reps with that.

Yeah, 18 with 180 and 32 with 140.

Here are the vids, although I wont put them on the board. Need to start all over!

180 vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=doOnyi6DrlI
140 vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3DlfhRahw-o

20 with 180 would be something new to aim for. Not easy though. Was really wiped out after both of these attempts. Half way through you just want to quit, and then it becomes a mental game more than anything.

Has anyone seen this vid of Doug Miller doing 27 reps with 405lbs? Makes my attempt look feeble. He's a beast!

All being well I`m going to drag weights out to the patio where I can set the camera up in a decent position on wednesday night and have a crack at this.
