All being well I`m going to drag weights out to the patio where I can set the camera up in a decent position on wednesday night and have a crack at this.

Stop when you get to 10 Jamie, give us all a shot on this one!

Great deadlifting  Cool

Its interesting to see the different stances, with both Jamie and Jon using a wider stance and John with a much narrower stance. Yet even more to think about!! lol or maybe it would be better to just go and pick the bloody thing up - yes failed 182.5kg today  Grin Although even 140 felt heavy today warming up.

Good work guys! Jamie those 180s flew up and clearly more there... but to be honest by the time I had watched the 5 at 232 I didnt care for the 180 anymore! great stuff

this is so motivational i cant wait to get in the gym after my week off!
