You would have got 19 or 20 if your grip held out. Still, top of the leaderboard and 1 off my PB.

I reckon next time you'll hit 20.

Expect a return from Jamie and Col.  Wink

Very impressive Glen, the first 16 looked comfortable and then you seemed to die on the 17th. Like Jon said you'll hit 20 grip permitting. Looks like I'll have to have another crack Cry

Hope you and the family are enjoying yourselves Jamie. I've no doubt you'll rip it up and regain top spot on this one.

I'll be waiting in the wings to see what target I have to beat Wink

15 reps is very impressive by any standard, but to do this at 75 kg bodyweight is nothing short of amazing. Well done Carl!

Hiya guys, had a go at this tonight and was'nt expecting much maybe 10ish? im suffering from manflu abit to!!

BUT I nailed 19 Shocked & to be honest on a good day I should hit mid twentys i reckon? No belt just straps again.

Im currently down loading the vid but its gunna take an hour or so!

On the barbell are 2x25kg & 2x15kg plates either side + alloy collars approx 0.25kg's each so total was 180.50kg
