Thought I'd try throwing my attempt into the mix! Was hoping for nearer 15 reps, after getting 13 reps fairly comfortably without stopping last week. Didn't quite get my stance right from the start, so it threw me off a bit. Anyway, 12 reps, not too bad!  Smiley

Good work Bamb!

Altering your stance obviously held you back for a few reps. Should be able to hit 16 I reckon next time.

Cheers Damo, I'm gonna give it another go next week, that'll give me a target now anyway!

Thought i'd have a go at some of the challenges on the board. Been deadlifting since January this year, really starting to enjoy it now.
22 reps at the end of the session. This was my 17th set after all my rows and pull downs so i was nice and warm.

And as said on previous thread...done fresh probably 30 in the tank there mate! really inspiring stuff- Doug Miller is your target (6 plates a side for 6 reps; 4 plates a side for 30 reps; 5 plates per side for 17)

You are also looking lean considering its offseason!
