Hello

So basically i've been diagnosed with a hernia. It's not too bad and not particularly painful (though i do seem to be more aware of it now) but i am going to need surgery.

Just wondered if anyone had any experience, would be good to hear from like minded people in terms of training and stuff.

Any advice much appreciated.

I'd stop training really. You don't want to aggravate it further with excessive strain

Depends how long you have to wait for surgery, but would probably wanna stay clear of heavy deads and squats and things like heavy curls etc
