Some men pay a lot for that!

Nic, he's not joking. 140kg deadlift for a female is massive, well done. What do you weigh? I know I'm not meant to ask a lady that!

Bloody awesome deadlifting again - loved the facebook trail!
Just had a quick look if that was me lifting I would be pulling 220.5kg  Grin
The berk who was Twittering you - would have to pull a 260kg deadlift to match your lift.  No wonder he felt totally inadequate for twiddling over 100kg at 115kg bodyweight - and not forgetting his excuse - he is a swimmer - Rich Gozdecki is a swimmer!!

First Nic that is as previously said, exceptional!

A 2 x bw + deadlift for a female Bdfpa competitor is high national to world level with  a 3 x bw lift most often representing a world record.

For males a 3 x bw lift in the lighter classes is a strong deadlift, with the world record in my class being right around 3.5 x bw and  for the 67.5 class a dead lift of very close to a 4 x bw iis the record.

So as you can see you are very strong in the lift Nic even without specialised training. With your bench don't let the thought of not being "strong enough" stop you from enjoying it and having a crack, we all have our own journey and nobody makes judgements of how much you lift at a meet.
