Damn that looks hard. I did offer the chance to do this with less weight and save your elbows - say 40kg?  Grin

Glen I counted 2 reps and Simon 5.
Thought Scott's were not quite deep enough (mainly the 1st rep), and the last one did not lock out, so gave him 3.

Nice work, I will get this set up on the board. Thanks for kicking off a new challenge.

this is the last week of the scheduled plan - so over the xmas period will come in and do these lifts fresh (the two reps was after doing bench and incline dumbell pressing)

6 reps x 60kg @ bodyweight 74kg

Ok, excuses first, this was after my max effort bench session and the video is poor (but you can just about make out 20kg x 3 plates). I'll do this again in about a weeks time and expect 8 reps!

Keith, I'm really sorry but I cant make out the plates. I'm not doubting that you did use 60kg, but the rules say we need to see the weight.  Undecided

brilliant keith! Last time i tried this i got costo-chondritis (inflammation of cartilage between ribs) that lasted 18 months and couldnt dip my own bodyweight after for that long! Lol.

So ill probably miss this one! It'd be 166kg for me!
