Good lifting, its actually harder IMO to stop like that between each lift which makes it even better  Cool

Banged this out after the 180kg challenge, thought it was worth a pop. I don't think i've hit full strength on the deadlift yet, but i cartainly do look forward to doing it in my back workouts now!
